Poultry Safety Trends

This page provides statistics on time trends in pathogen contamination control in U.S. poultry production establishments. Data refer to U.S. establishments that produce comminuted turkey products, and have been sampled by the USDA-FSIS in the considered time frame. Data are from USDA-FSIS. The data can be visualized in multiple ways by selecting specific datasets using navigation tools within each plot. For example, click on one region on the map to visualize data only for that region, or on one establishment size to visualize data from that category only.
