This page provides aggregated statistics on the occurrence of pathogen contamination in U.S. poultry production establishments, with focus on Salmonella and Campylobacter. Data are expressed as the percent of samples positive for the target contaminant, and refer to U.S. establishments that produce turkey products and that have been sampled by the USDA-FSIS in the considered time frame. Data are from USDA-FSIS microbial monitoring efforts.
